An important article, Benjamin.

The additional example I would have liked included is how we often think, structurally, that we are a unit, a single entity. Or, to discuss the brain, how the brain establishes a single self.

It is the egg we are born from, the unified reality in which we got established in the womb, making it obvious right away that there never was a single unit other than the established single unit.

To understand the omelet we really are, we have to break the egg, and many people never get to that (also because very few write about that innate perception of our being 1 when there exists no real 1 at a fully independent level).
