And I like that a lot, John, but forgive me for still staring at the Cyclops in your words.

A Cyclops has everything the same as a normal person, except for size, strength and that peculiar single eye.

So describing the details as you did shows us how we are organized as people indeed, but you did not express the size&strength aspect (i.e. Power in the hands of an elite), nor did you describe the pitfall of that unifying vision that is obvious but only when exposed (the one Truth we never question).

One cannot organize society based on a peaceful full connection between Truth and Power. Those that accept Truth as their compass end up being undermined by Power, and those that accept Power as their compass end up staring Truth in the faces of those left behind (but only if they are willing to look).

Twice is there the opportunity to create a Cyclops, to close an eye for recognizing the Truth, or to close an eye all in the name of Power.

Only when Truth and Power are chopped up in various parts, only then can we have both eyes open, not only peaceably but to the greater depth and benefit of society at large.

We need to get rid of this antiquated two-party system in which both eyes never seem to work together, or be open at the same time.

There are opportunities to do some of that changing work today already.

I appreciate your willingness to discuss this.
