And I may be taking short cuts, Graham.

With GR, I am pointing at General Relativity indeed, and with that pointing at the whole of our universe and how parts relate and not-relate to one another.

With unification, I am pointing at the belief (!) that a single all-encompassing theory can be found based on unification.

The worked-out idea is that in reality unification is found one level below top level and cannot exist at the overall level.

Gödel (famous for his Incompleteness Theorems) provided the following example that matter likes to converge with matter, but that matter can only do so in its own vicinity. So, we find convergent behavior for matter with planet and star, and can still see it well with solar system and galaxy, but anything larger than a galaxy and there is no convergency to matter left. We either find divergency, or simply a lack of overall structural behaviors.

Are you able to deliver a spiritual perspective, Graham, on how to view the larger spiritual reality? Do you find any kind of unification in that realm, or is it absent at some levels?
