Denton, MD, operates a voting system with just one seat on the Council up for election every year, five seats elected in as many years. No other city, county, or town in the United States provides a lower democratic value to its local voters than the Town of Denton. No surprise that no lower voter turnout in the United States has been encountered by our grassroots organization either.
