I am starting to understand where you are coming from. I know that it would be quite complicated to go into a conversation with you about what I see, so I am only going to state it in one abstract sentence:
While you see that there is something wrong with the box, I can see that the solution you found is still of that box.
There, as short as I can say it, trying to avoid very complicated discussions. Your solution may help in some respects, but it may not achieve all its goals; specific powers will warp it toward their own needs, leaving many things the same as they are today.
But I am also going to point you to sociocracy.
I think you’ll find that this is in line with your thinking.
Personally, I am much more a fan of proportional voting than in sociocracy, and I believe it would do you good to invest some time in proportional voting; right now you seem to react to it from an outsider perspective. Having more knowledge about it, particularly its results, could surprise you to the point you may even join Fair Vote.
