Humbug. The story about what is true is actually really simple:
The truth can be told without any problem, but the framing of the truth must be expressed at the same time to make it so.
In other words, the content cannot be declared truthfully unless the context is declared.
We all know the entire story already. In our universe matter is moving outwardly. That is exactly how to review the truth.
Not a single piece of matter is connected to all other pieces of matter in our universe. Yet, all pieces of matter love to converge into single systems. The largest such sustained system in our universe is the galaxy. There are no greater material circumstances where matter (tries to) converge than galaxies.
At the local level matter can even become a single mass (planet, star), becoming one if it were.
Same for the truth. It exists in its own wrappings. It is truly there. Matter is self-based energy and declaring it anything other is self-defeating.
Looking back in time there is a moment when there is zero matter. It doesn't mean there is no energy, but it means that that energy had not transformed into matter yet. So, from our materialized perspective, our story starts from nothing (but again in light of matter only).
If we follow the current scientific approach, then we want to tell the story of the entire universe and wrap it in the two green boxes of the Big Bang model in this table.
But if we accept that our material universe could not have come about without the previous version ending, then we can get a lot better understanding of what it is we live in.
We must tell our own stories, declare our own truths. It is not hard to understand.
