Forces are not visible themselves; we see the results, we measure the effects.

Model A and Model B are based on the same data, the same effects we see.

Yet in specifics, Model A will deny that Model B has it right, while Model B will deny that Model A has it right.

Occam’s Razor is actually in favor of Model B because of the simpler explanation. Instead of envisioning an enormous but invisible mass in the center of a galaxy, it is simple the collective result of gravity.

Forces are never self-based but are a result coming forth from matter. The models are based on the effects we witness.

Now, you are fully invested in Model A (because it has been well documented) to the point you can't let go of it where that truly matters: you are letting the effects do the talking only when it leads you to Model A. That way, you can never see Model B because you won't let the effects do the talking for Model B.

When you investigate Model A (your model), then you will agree that there is a certain input based on measured effects. I hope you can be honest about this; some people would lie here, but I think you are an honest person.

When there are individual parts and there is a collective, then gravity will show two kinds of outcomes. You basically already agreed to this in a previous reply about the binary star system: you see the effect of their gravitational forces and we see two kinds, not one kind of outcome. We see the gravity associated with each mass in the binary star system, each holding their mass nicely together, and we see the behavior of both masses because they are found in each other's vicinity, circling one another.

Two levels of effects therefore. Easy to explain.

For Model A and the galaxy, the effects seen in the center are explained by an invisible mass of enormous proportions.

For Model B and the galaxy, the effects seen in the center are explained by the collective.

There is no way for you to declare just Model A possible and rejecting Model B other than using Model A to negate Model B.

Model B, when taken by itself is automatically correct (though the details must be based on the specific information of the masses in the galaxy of course, plus the locations of these masses).

That is the beauty of forces, Rex. Forces are not self-based; they are a result of matter. As such, there is always a Model A and always a Model B for the collective results until actual exploration has entered the actual field itself. That is lightyears away from us.

No one has traveled there yet, except with peering instruments and calculations on paper.

Your hands are empty to undermine Model B, and you keep using Model A incorrectly to do that work for you. Once you embrace the other model, you can see it, clear as ice, simply because the model is based on the known effects.

You are probably waiting for a high priest of physics to state this, and then you’ll say “Well, of course, anyone can see that other option.” Yet investigate this with an honest heart and a smart brain, and you can see this other option already right now.
