I love the transit example, Dylan.

The Republicans and the Democrats want us to take a bus. But the buses don’t go where we want them to go.

Yes, 30% of the buses go where the Republicans want to go, and 30% of the buses go where the Democrats want to go. Your examples are exactly right, for about half the bus lines.

Elsewhere? There are no bus lines.

That is not freedom. That is not representation.

We have a capitalist society with plenty of choices. Full color.

We have a 'democracy' without much choice. Red and Blue only.

The worst part?

The US Constitution is not followed.

We should have voter-equality for local and State elections, and that is not what we find in place. The same restrictions are in place while they were only declared in the US Constitution for elections for the Federal levels.

Ninth, Tenth, and Fourteenth Amendments tell us that we should have voter equality in process and in results, not just in the process.

I do appreciate your reply though. There is a lot of work that needs to be done.
