I wrote an article about research I did in 2006. I hope you are interested to learn that political systems do have their specific outcomes.

Placing all outcomes in five groups (should have been six) when comparing all nations top ten percent and their take-home of that nation, it was fascinating to see that the systems do indeed matter.

The best performers are proportional without a president and the mix of proportional & winner-take-all into a singular system.

The biggest surprise for me was that proportional with a president was so bad, while proportional without a president was so good.

I did the same for the bottom ten percent in a nation and compared them to see how little these folks took home; also set apart in these same five groups of political systems.
