If you start with immaterial energy, time, and space as the original setup for which we cannot know their own beginnings, then it is easy to tell how matter could have come about from this setup.

Then, as a result of the Big Bang event, this original energy became three different kinds of energy:

* Matter (quarks -> neutrons and protons)

* Matter (electrons, the 'tip of the iceberg' of immaterial fields engaged to neutralize the positive charges of the protons)

* Immaterial Energy (all energy remaining, though not connected at a universal level)

The Big Bang event was a concentrating event, and the center of immaterial energy was compacted to the max (leading to this energy becoming Dark Matter, although it is still immaterial, so the term is not correct).

In Zone 2, around the center, original energy got damaged, becoming quarks under extreme circumstances.

In Zone 3, the largest amount of original energy, engagement in the concentrating event occurred, but nothing happened to energy in Zone 3. In other words, dark energy is the original state of energy.
