If zero is fundamental (evidence for this is provided in above article), then God cannot exist. At least not in unharmed manners.

Suppose there was a God prior to materialization, then the only way for God to create matter was by using (parts of) godself. The prior God and what currently is left of God would then not be the same (cannot be the same). The Norse mythology of Odin comes to mind, the All-Father who hung himself to get greater understanding. Odin before and after are not one and the same.

Since zero is fundamental in our universe, the largest level for anything to exist is one level below the overall level of nothing (note, there are specific levels of nothing as well).

A good article, though, Ahad, for looking at medieval times and thank you for writing so clearly about the thought processes involving God.

If we follow the idea that dark matter and dark energy does indeed exist, then we can imagine there is a place for God as well. Yet this God is not singular and almighty.
