Two tricks to go from being nearsighted to seeing well again.
The action to improve nearsightedness is very simple. Discovering how to do that is unfortunately not easy. Two tricks are discussed in this article.
Nearsighted folks have elongated eyeballs. They do not feel elongated, they feel normal. There is a good chance that nearsighted people try to lengthen their eyes even further when looking into the distance. That may make a lot of sense, but it is exactly the opposite of what nearsighted people should do. To make the eyes less elongated, one should look in the distance keeping the eyes in a position as if that view were near.
That is the first trick of just two in total presented in this article to help nearsighted people discover how to overcome their nearsightedness. Both tricks should put you on the roadway of recovering your natural eyesight quickly. Particularly the second trick should make it obvious that there are eye muscles you haven’t used for a real long time.
