It appears you believe that the result we live in can come from nothing, Terry.
That is the biggest belief a person can believe in, while hiding the belief for himself.
Earlier when I mentioned that scientists can hold on to a belief, you agreed: "We can make the point of some scientists being a myopic cyclops" and I really like you for that. It shows your brain is working well.
But... you are not paying proper attention to what you yourself are doing.
By placing your belief inside science, you made it invisible for yourself. And at the same time you rebel against any other version of a belief.
So, you are doing two things, and you think you are doing one thing.
You have to start being honest to yourself. If you do not start with the truth, but rather with an opinion or perspective, then your feet are not on the ground. You are then not a scientist.
