It is the logical outcome for a two-party system. Did you know that District Voting is a form of democracy that incorporates dominancy of one over the other? No, it is not Republicans over Democrats or vice versa. They are the winners.

It is winners dominating over the non-winners. That is why our system is sickening. Being bipolar is an illness because one area is under all conditions undervalued.

Who comes to the rescue?

The Founding Fathers.

It is actually a fascinating story. All these old nations in Europe were built with three layers of government, bottom-to-top.

But the Founding Fathers built something top-down, and only described two layers. Federal level. State levels. Oh, and of course, they had to tie it to our hearts and minds, so there is a foundation after all. They tied it to We The People. Then, they let it be, and the Union got established.

That is Part I.

In Part II, the Founding Fathers were unhappy about Part I and they started doing all they could to put Amendments in place.

Glory, glory, hallelujah, we got the Bill of Rights.

So, we have an articulated US Constitution in which separate-but-equal is incorporated for the Federal government and the State, but everywhere else separate-but equal is illegal (said the judges after local dumbwits overreached themselves being smart but dumb). Separate-but-equal is not allowed for local governments. They are not even mentioned in the US Constitution.

So, we can get rid of District Voting today at the local level. Our local officials are doing something that the Founding Father forbid. They are overreaching. Not allowed.

It starts with an Invocation (basically telling them: "Hey! You are doing something you are not allowed to do") and then… give it some time. Then, after a while and their still not having fixed it up, coming back and demanding money (that will get their attention). It could actually be a pretty large sum of money. The longer they wait to fix it, the more the pay-out is going to be.

The Invocation is to make sure we have in writing that they know that we know that they are doing something they aren't suppose to do. The time starts ticking from the day of the Invocation.

Reply me with your city and state, and I will do the following:

  • I will first write to political science professors in your area.
  • Then I will wait a few days and then I'll send an Invocation to your City.
  • No names are mentioned. I sign of the letter with my name and I invoke the US Constitution on behalf of eligible voters in your city.
  • Then, I will remove your reply with city and state because no one else needs to know about this.
  • If you want to be bold, email Mayor, Election Commission, State Governor and State Election Commission, like I will, demanding you want Proportional Voting in your city. Then they will know your name. But they won't learn your name from me.

Later on, say one or two years later, after I invoked the US Constitution in all our 30,000+ cities, townships and counties, then I am pretty sure there will be some that take the step and take a stab to get that money. It could be a bonanza, so I am pretty sure some want that money they are owed.

Here is more, if interested.

Did you know that many cities are currently trying to change At-Large into District Voting? Both voting systems are bad, no doubt about it. But At-Large gives third parties a slim but real chance to get a seat. District Voting makes it much harder for third party candidates to get a seat. Want an example?

San Francisco changed its At-Large voting system when the Green party was making very serious inroads in that otherwise blue city. The Green Party today? Gone. Completely gone. With District Voting, no third party stands a chance of winning. Even a second party may have no chance of winning.

In 2004, San Franciscans voted one-in-six for Georg W. Bush after we got ourselves into Iraq. One in six.

How many Republicans do you think there are on the SF Board with its eleven seats today?

That's right. None.

One should expect that at least one of them would be a Republican, probably two. But no. None.

The win is so outrageously simple for Democrats in San Francisco that all eleven Supervisors are also registered Democrats. Not just Democrats. All are registered Democrats. They are not even hiding that they have the entire voting system in their pockets. All Supervisors with any inkling to have a political career in SF, Sacramento or beyond, they MUST show that registered feat. The Machine is more alive than ever before. They have all San Francisco voters in their pockets, because they have 50+ percent of the voters on their side. No one else matters. Everyone else is not represented.

Repeat the one-party Machines across the nation and you'll find a good number of folks lucky enough to have representatives of both parties, or 'independents' (if it is possible to be an independent in a two-party system; it only means independent because the majority dislikes both parties enough to vote for an independent; the others are still not represented). Most places have a rather lob-sided outcome.

The federal level: 50–50.

The States: one third blue, one third red, one third red&blue-ish.

Get yourself free. Start with the Invocation at your local city. I can do it for you because I have been doing it for others for two months now. It’s not a big step, but a building is built on its foundation. The Founding Fathers gave us a gift because they did not mention cities. And that means that cities MUST follow the Bill of Rights. they cannot have separate-but-equal in place. They cannot segregate you in districts and then have you believe you were everyone’s equal. The first blow of divide and conquer is not allowed at the local levels.
