It would help already if the USA followed the US Constitution. Federal election would remain as is, but State and local elections would then follow Thomas Jefferson's clean voting system (like they have in Sweden, Belgium, Spain).

The USA uses the old-English voting system, not the American voting system of Thomas Jefferson.
