Not sure if Spinoza said that God was infinite (except in God's wisdom perhaps). What I know is that Spinoza mentioned that God is real, but only if we consider God to exist at the abstract level.

We can for instance state that God = Energy and then we have indeed God existing at the abstract level, not explained other than as Energy in all its formats.
