Not sure what you are trying to say. But I missed how there was nothing about the voting system in your article. Our nation was built on divide-and-conquer and our voting system still is. It has always hurt minorities and it hurts minorities still.

We can already exchange our exclusive democracy into the inclusive democracy that the happiest nations on earth already have. US Constitution does not prevent it and the 14th Amendment has been ruled to mean that governments must put the better system in place, if available. Well, available it is.
One in eight people in the US is of African descent. That means we should have ten to fifteen African American Senators. Not until the rotten 18th century two-party system is gone should we rest.
