Once you accept Spacetime, Bibi, then everything fits in the spacetime perspective. Everything else can then be rejected, and the brain stops investigating what is going on.
Einstein did not explain the WHY, he only explained the HOW. Yes, the HOW he presented can indeed be seen as correct, but he did not explain the WHY. He could not.
The true error is not-realizing that in the abstract one can always find the correct answer.
A historical example is Spinoza, who was able to prove that God is real -> He did so by pointing to the abstract level in which we can always find a real value for God.
For instance, if we declare God identical to the word Energy, then God is automatically always real, too. We do not need to explain where Energy comes from; it is accepted as a given.
Same storyline for Einstein. He started out in a mechanical universe in which anomalies were seen among the behavior of matter. But... Einstein then jumped to an abstract level in which Spacetime provides a fantastic field to find an answer that is always correct. All we need to do is adjust the level until we find the right position.

So, please, understand that your brain is a tool. We need to use the brain to come to the right conclusions. Of greatest importance is that you are not allowed to use an overall position when using a tool. The word Universe, for instance, cannot be used because it is an abstraction by itself (with an automatic perspective that there is a real outcome that can be called Universe).
This is probably one of the hardest points to recognize. Allow me to use an example to help you see it.
When you drive in your car 70 mph on the freeway, then your body is truly going that fast. We have a real outcome. Yet when you come home you should not park that car in your living room. The car does not belong there. The tool has to remain with the tool in the appropriate tool spot.
In other words: recognize that Einstein switched tools when he tried to find the correct answer for the anomalies seen among the behavior of matter. He should have stayed in the same language of matter moving through space, but he did not. He jumped to the abstract (and you followed).
Einstein should have explained WHY the anomalies occur in the correct language, which is the behavior of matter moving through space.
He did not do that because at first he did not know about the Big Bang. He failed to incorporate the most important behavior of matter moving through space.
He picked the abstraction and failed to find the WHY.
Thank you for your reply. I understand what you are saying, but you are then explaining the outcome while inside Einstein's rabbit hole.
Please do your best to see the point. Recognizing what is going on will help move Einstein's Spacetime -- correct onto itself -- to the junkyard. It is nothing but an abstraction, and does not help us understand what is truly going on with the behavior of matter moving through space.
