Don't mix up things, don't make everything simplistic and one. Because then you are doing exactly what you claim scientists are doing.

In science we do not use the word God. It simply does not exist in the scientific dictionary. It is like a Chinese word that is not known anywhere else, and it is therefore not part of the English dictionary. God is not a word used in Physics.

Nevertheless, Spinoza provided the answer already.

God is real, but only in the abstract.

That means that we can find your God in Physics, but the closest word we can use is then Energy. There is visible and invisible energy. We do not know everything about energy. Notice, how Energy is never all-one. Energy does not mean 'anything goes'.

God can exist, but God cannot be a Cyclops.

Scientists, that is a very large group of people, and their opinions about the afterlife is as diverse as one would expect.

Don't make everything too simple just because your teachers were simple.
