They have something very important in common.

God cannot be shown to be real, correct? A belief is not something that can get proven because then it would not be a belief. It would be a fact when proven.

  • And yet, Spinoza proved God to be real.

How is that even possible?

To answer this question, we need to delve into the minds of Spinoza and Einstein, and into our own minds as well. So, get yourself ready for — hopefully — a refreshing look at how we think.

Spinoza showed us the way toward that different realm when he declared God proven to be real.

He pointed us to the abstract reality of his evidence.

To pinpoint the issue that abstractions deliver, we really need to talk about 1 + 1 = 2 first.

We’ve all been trained to accept that 1 + 1 = 2 is correct. Though it should be obvious that there is more to this than what meets the eye.

1 + 1 = 2 is by itself totally meaningless.

It is not until we say that 1 apple + 1 apple = 2 apples before we have something real on our hands.

We can also say that 1 dog + 1 dog = 2 dogs, and with this additional confirmation, one can see that behind the things we are…
