In how far are you including voting systems and their different outcomes in developed nations?

The UK is first part the post (worse than winner-take-all), no president (which helps).

France is mixture of systems with president.

Germany is mixture of systems, no (empowered) president.

Sweden, Netherlands, Spain are nations with some form of full representation, all relatively close to Thomas Jefferson's voting system. No president, though.

To say something that is true for all these nations, we must quantify and qualify all of them first, right?
