Thank you, Bob, for your honest criticism. I will have to take this to heart.
The underlying essence of my article was (is) to show human nature when able to walk the walk alone, making important decisions.
Yes, I could have taken Biden and Putin, but then it would have become a political article. I wanted the article to be about the role a leader in singular position can take.
When a president or CEO makes good decisions, then no one complains about them of course. It is when leaders are well established that weird outcomes can occur. In this case, Putin invading a neighboring country and wreaking havoc that we have not seen in Europe since WW II, and Musk particularly with his Twitter adventure. I assume most folks agree with me that Putin and Musk took decisions that were done with their interests in mind, not the greater good.
It was never my intention to compare Musk with Putin. Musk (in as far as I know) has never been responsible for killing anyone. But I also assume that the reader is aware of this and places both individuals at that higher subject level of being singular leaders.
Still, I will take your comments to heart. Writing together with ChatGPT adds to the complexity of who writes the article, but the responsibility lies with me, publishing it under my name.
Thank you therefore for speaking your mind, and for not mincing words. I always like it when people are direct (and honest).
