I think you are too specific, Radha, in declaring the details (and the details will therefore be incorrect in an absolute sense), but it is nice to see your description and envision the passage from the material world to the next world.
I wrote a more scientific article, but I hope you can see that it does not disagree with your storyline. It also doesn’t go into too many scientific details because we have only vague scientific clues about the hereafter.
Reincarnation is not an absolute destiny. But it is extremely difficult to avoid being pulled into the cycles. If I were to declare this from an individual’s perspective — after being in a space for a long time where nothing is happening at all, I would think that even the strongest minds will revert to carnation. But it is not required; it is free will even if suicide was the prior step toward death. That said, I would imagine fewer people committing suicide if they knew they’d still deal with similar issues on the other side.
