I do not know of any nation with the same voting system as the US. Do they vote winner-take-all and have a House and Senate plus an empowered President plus 50 States? I think not.

For someone who has lived here for 11 years you should be ashamed to not deliver solutions when you are aware of them. I think it is more likely that you cannot come up with solutions and you just pile up more on what is already a pile.
