Let me translate your words to a Hurricane (yes, wind force and gravitational force are experienced in different settings, we all know that). You are saying that the wind force "gets stronger as you get father away, in at least some cases." ?????

It appears that you are having a hard time understanding Model B, and yet you are trying to argue as if you do understand Model B.

Thank you for acknowledging that collective gravity should also be part of Model A. Unfortunately, you are then using it only to move to the dark matter level and you are not using it to explain any gravitational conditions for the center of the galaxy.
