The Founding Fathers wrote a US Constitution involving three powers:

* Federation

* States

* The People

Notice that one level of government is missing.

You may not think much of it, but the bottom of the pyramid props up the top.

That means changing the bottom automatically has an effect on the top.

So, when cities and counties must use Thomas Jefferson's clean voting system (now made verboten by State powers that do not want anyone ever to know how that system functions), this will pull the wool off many voters' eyes.

Once Red and Blue are exposed as political dictators, then the voters are US Constitutionally entitled to get that same free voting system for State elections as well.

Low and behold, the two-party system is then dead, with nothing else changed law-wise at the Federal level, because once the dam breaks at the tiniest levels, then the bigger flood plains will finally get inundated and not left drought-stricken and fallow.

We can get Yellow into our system. The little door at the local level is our way to freedom. Once the little doors are open, the big doors have nothing to stop the Yellow color to enter all levels (but it helps if the States open up their doors to Thomas Jefferson’s voting system, now also declared verboten but that elimination is not US Constitutionally protected).

The good part?

The Founding Fathers were so smart, we'd still be a strong nation (with three, four or five parties at the national level) once we have political freedom at local (and later State) level. We would finally have the freedom and pursuit of happiness they talked about for all People in the USA.
