That what exists intrinsically is invisible for scientists.
Some folks really think there is no greater tool for discovering the truth than the scientific approach. Yet science has its limitations and not many scientists are willing to admit that.
Without a doubt, science is number one when results are repeatable. These are the golden facts and any scientist can be very proud when delivering new, repeatable results.
But not everything is golden in science. Not everything is repeatable.
- Archaeology is not repeatable, for instance. We are dependent on discovered artifacts and these cannot be reproduced in a laboratory. These are silver facts, and it is with these findings that we declare strong or not so strong linkages among them. Sometimes an entire line of thinking is based on a single artifact. For archaeologists, science is also an art.
Another obvious part not repeatable, producing silver facts only, is the materialization process that took place some 13.8 billion years ago. There are no options for a do-over. Important to note is that the information we have about the materialization process is not only limited, since it can also be put together incorrectly.
When all matter is moving outwardly, would you draw a straight line back to a single beginning for all? I hope…
