The Universe exists in the Now only.

Time dilation is an aspect inside Einstein's Spacetime framework, which one can use to calculate the (refined) motions of matter moving through space in their collective settings.

What one cannot do is apply Spacetime to the universe. Only a child would consider that possible. Or a priest.
