The US Constitution demands (in Ninth, Tenth and Fourteenth Amendments) that our elections for State and Local elections are clean (using highest standards).

Today:

Federal level: Concentration of Powers

State level: Concentration of Powers

Local level: Concentration of Powers

US Constitution:

Federal level: Concentration of Powers

State level: Voter Equality

Local level: Voter Equality

Note: Voting is not where equality is expressed. It is in the result that equality is expressed. We do NOT have that. Voters are suppressed more than the US Constitution allows us to be suppressed. We are not (yet) given our privileges at State and local levels.

And this would truly change the game, because everyone now frustrated at three levels of government, will at least have two levels of government to be represented by their own choice instead of that stupid competition with other voters for the win.

The parties should compete, not the voters.
