There are no black holes. They are Black Eyes.

Envision someone saying that in the Eye of the Storm an invisible mass was located, so minuscule and strong that it both is indeed invisible and yet commands the hurricane.

Nobody would listen to that person for long.

The gravitational storm is real, Tim, but there is no super-imploded star inside. The gravity is from all surrounding masses coming together, creating

* A a gravitational dead center and

* B the Wall of the Gravitational Storm, the worst possible gravitational phenomenon in a galaxy.

The worst possible wind gusts measured on the entire planet are found with the wall of the eye of the storm. It does tremendous damage. The eye of the storm itself, however, has never damaged anything. Inside the eye, one can light up a Cuban cigar.
