There was very little Russian stuff to buy, and I regret that I wasn't a great buyer of many things Russian because I would have had more impact today.

Ukraine did not start this war. There were internal issues with Ukrainian citizens that wanted to speak Russian and be whoever they felt they wanted to be. As said, that was an internal affair.

Then Russia crossed the border, and they did not have any right to do so.

I am not sure everyone is losing. Yes, some Russian soldiers and generals are dying so a Russian elite can confiscate more of what is not theirs to confiscate. Yet the losing parts are mainly occurring on the Ukrainian side. The Russians are pummeling them with bombs and they violate everything there is to violate. They are animals. The Russians are animals. They turned a local conflict into a pit so deep no one can see the bottom.

I am deeply ashamed that the Russians are Europeans and learned nothing from World War II. They follow a fascist leader and just like my parents hated Hitler who bombed my home town, I now hate Putin so deeply I cannot even describe it to you.

I do not have an ounce of respect left for anything Russian. They will not be able to bleach these black pages white, ever in the rest of their history.
