Today, in the USA, the national forces have already subverted all other democratic outcomes.

The US Constitution spells out the use of a lower level of democracy for the Federal level. Yet the US Constitution in its Amendments demands that the States use the higher level of democracy.

The powers that be ignore the US Constitution, while the judges ignore the US Constitution, too, giving themselves the power to say 'yeah' or 'nay' about what the US Constitution demands.

The voters in all States are already suppressed because the lower level of democracy got put in place, incorrectly.
