Voters are fed up and tired with their leaders - period. Their dislike is so great that given the choice they rather go with an anti-president than with a pro-president. People hate the two-party system, and the two-party system does not give them any room to punish both parties.

Good cop-bad cop, what are you going to do when you hate both cops? You end up siding with bad cop because then the shit is really going to hit the fan, right?

American politics as we once knew it is gone. Every now and then there is a glimpse of the old days. Yet not even the good cop is giving us what we want: political freedom. Both parties are jailing us.
