We can change our nasty political duopoly today. It is a good beginning, just starting at the local level of government that is not allowed to use separate-but-equal. And yet they are. They segregate us in voting districts and then call us each other's equals. That is unconstitutional. So, we have the Founding Fathers with us to remove the restricting voting system at the local level.

Interestingly, the Federal government is built on separate-but-equal because the States are each other's equal indeed at the Federal level.

The States are harder to pinpoint, so that is not a good spot for starting to remodel. The local governmental level is perfect, though, because they are simply not allowed to use separate-but-equal.
