We Have a Fake Constitution
It appears to be real, but there is no there when it matters most.
When a garage building collapses, everyone points to the foundation and the constructions based on that foundation.
Yet when a nation goes rogue, the foundation can actually be used to make the building collapse more.

Nations all across the world followed the example of the United States and many implemented a constitution.
How bizarre therefore to have the United States no longer be based on its own constitution.
What happened? It’s actually a long story in the making.

Just one look to the North, and we can see what they are seeing in their South, with the USA.
A constitution is based on a legal foundation, and you cannot change that foundation. Except when all things fall into place, which is really difficult to do, to change that foundation.
In France, which is the origin of folks living in Quebec province, the constitution is the actual foundation. Everyone, including the highest judges, bow to the constitution in Quebec.
