Well put. When we walk into a room and see a toy broken on the floor, we must conclude two important points.

1. The toy is in tatters but all that the toy was is still there.

2. The toy does not perform its original trick any longer, though we can still play with the parts.

From this, we can see that consciousness was already part of the original state before it broke (i.e. undermined its own foundation).

Once we have the situation in tatters, then consciousness can still abound, but only in as far as this can be expressed.

The moon nor any of its material can express its consciousness. It can only be. So, we need forms capable of expressing consciousness before we can point to consciousness.

Yet inherent consciousness is.

Once we are conscious to the appropriate level, ability to express this and all, then we also know that the prior state of consciousness is in tatters, and if we believe the good physicists then this happened some 13.8 billion years ago.

Prior, there was God 1.0.

Today, God 1.0 does not exist any longer.

That God lost its special abilities 13.8 billion years ago.

Today we have God 2.0, and while matter is supposedly just 4% of all energy, we ourselves are part of God 2.0.

We are conscious, so we are the ones expressing the conscious state of the universe, Universe 2.0.
