When a clock in space shows us a faster moving time frame, we can think two things.
A/ Time is faster out there.
B/ Matter moves faster out there.
The solidly behaving cesium clock still behaves faster when put out into space.
So, when we say that time went faster in space, then we are wagging the dog. It was the matter that went faster, even when we thought it couldn't.
