When a model has 999 scientific aspects and one religious aspect, then the model is not a scientific model, Alexandre.
Einstein already mentioned this, how his framework was rather complex and that it would take just one single position to show it was incorrect.
In reality, it is not incorrect, but it applies only to the specific circumstances described by Einstein. Note therefore that he mentioned 'local space' and not just space or the universe. He knew what he was doing (and Gödel was his best buddy, so pay attention to that).
The point is that you are not investigating, Alexandre. You dismiss or reject, you are not investigating.
Twice, you are not in scientific positions:
1. You should investigate and not dismiss. It requires accepting a second truly distinct foundation of everything else you know to be true, a second model about the universe you are currently not considering.
2. The single belief has to be removed from your work.
Never can a scientist state that one cannot know whether an egg got broken to make the omelet or not. It is a fact: once we accept we live in a result, then the source from which this result derived must be considered broken.
Good luck figuring out how you are holding on to a belief, one among the many other scientific aspects you are also holding. It will not be easy for you, but it is worth the exercise.
Hint: You are not standing in the footsteps of Einstein, but rather have a larger footprint for your own footsteps, including areas that Einstein did not appoint.
