When Einstein provided us the framework, he ended up showing that the framework is correct. He predicted that time on the display would be different.

But we have something special on our hands.

When a clock comes back from space with a different time on its display, then there are two options:

1. Time dilated (meaning time in actuality became something different)

2. Time dilated (meaning the clock showed us a different time on its display)

So, back to the basics. What is Einstein showing us with Spacetime?

How matter behaves.

Spacetime is not about space, it is not about time. It is about the behavior of matter.

Mental exercise with a tape measure.

The tape measure measures correctly how tall you are, correct?

But was the tape measure involved with how tall you ended up being?

Of course not. Meanwhile, the tape measure is never wrong.

Data is data is data is data.

How we interpret the data has two sides to the coin.

Time changed or the clock changed.

Either way, Einstein was correct.

Since he was talking about the behavior of matter in the first place, the basics of what he showed is not about time or space; it always was about matter.

Spacetime is a framework. A tape measure is a tool.

Talk about inches or centimeters on a tape measure and we can find examples that a tape measure can change.

For instance, when people get older, we know that the tape measure can stretch because the same height of these older people now only needs fewer inches or centimeters. The tape measure got larger; it stretched; we have the evidence.

Of course, that is wagging the dog. The elderly shrank a little. The tape measure stayed the same.

We must pick the right basics to put our feet on the ground. If we put our feet on the air, we have a universe inside-out.

The universe exists in the Now only, and has only ever existed in the Now. Why? because time is a phenomenon, which means it is absolutely real, but it does not have any attributes of its own.

So, what happened to the clock? Its material got lifted to a spatial location in which all its matter sped faster. Not even a cesium atomic beam clock can withstand the spatial change and therefore ended up showing a change in its behavior.

That is the whole point: the framework is about the behavior of matter.

Thank you for being curious. Einstein was right, but those that came after Einstein picked the wrong direction to explain his correct words.

Had Einstein been alive today, he would likely have called it the Fourth Motion.
