When the voting system is changed from district voting to full representation (proportional voting), the bottom ten percent in society can see a 50% gain in income share compared to today.

The deeper problem is the voting system because our politicians must basically find the better route for water to stream off the mountain (find ways for money to carve its way through society).

The voters are competing with the voters for representation here. We do not have Thomas Jefferson's clean voting system like they have in the happiest nations on the planet.

Worse, we have the medieval district voting system at every level, while only the Federal level is allowed to have that system in place.
