Yip, that is the Libertarian Voting System, Avraam.

But the only place where it can be put in place today is with US cities and counties, and not with the States or the Federal level.

* The US Constitution declares how we should vote for parts of the Federal level, so that cannot get changed unless an impossible route is followed. That's not going to happen.

* The US Constitution gives great freedoms to the States, and while the Bill of Rights demands Proportional Voting is used, there are too many loopholes for the States to not get caught with their pants down. Only via the backdoor is there a path toward Proportional Voting at the State level.

* That leaves the Cities and Counties, for they are themselves not mentioned in the US Constitution. As such, the US Constitution applies to them fully without any option to escape the Bill of Rights.

Local Revolutions are underway as we write; it will likely be a long road, so don't hold your breath.

About 70 cities and counties have been served a Constitutional Invocation so far.

It is time to shake things up. If you can, join the Local Revolutions grassroots movement to help at least one part of the USA get the Libertarian Voting System.

It is with volunteers like you that the movement gains strength.

I checked your link, and you got what it takes. We would love to have you on board.
