My point, and it looks like you got this, is that there are always two options at the overall level, both in conflict with one another in their attempt to declare that overall level.

  • One option unites all
  • One option declares there are at least two manners to declare the overall level

If you get that the decimal system is the secondary system, and the binary system the real universal system, then you can also see why folks can make mistakes with the decimal system. Placing 1 in first position covers up the real first number, 0, and can make folks establish something that is not natural without their knowing they did that themselves.
