You make a good point, Mike, how our system discriminates. It always has because the system is from the 18th century. In The American Truth, one can read how voters are had, as soon as we walk into the voting booth.

One in eight Americans is African-American. Yet one in thirty-three senators can say the same (and this is an unprecedented high). No wonder the outcomes are warped, because when not represented at the table, the decisions are made by those that represent a (much) smaller group than We the People.

Interestingly, the US Constitution demands in one particular spot the use of the better voting system, today. Read the article to see where we can start changing our system and start getting a 21st century representative system.
