Einstein never had Space and Time as his subject matter. Like Newton, he explained the behavior of matter. Like many that came after Einstein, you are explaining it the other way around.

Same with E=MC2, many folks read it as if it can be read in two directions. It can't (and then be the whole story).

Energy is matter times the speed of light squared. But it does not mean there is no other energy. This is only about energy as it relates to mass and speed of light. Take the M out of the equation and we can still have E but it is then not related to M. The E in the equation is not the whole E.
