If this is important to you, then voters in the United States being oppressed in the voting booth should truly rile you up. Today, we vote in a competitive manner, and only the majority gets all the seats. This is extremely important because a very large minority is being shut up, muted, censored.

So, what is the real problem?

The correct word use of 'is' or the correct representation of the voters?

The happiest nations in the world are using Thomas Jefferson's clean voting system, so if we say that we are a nation in pursuit of happiness, then we should get Thomas Jefferson's clean voting system everywhere that is allowed, right? State and local elections are not dictated by the US Constitution, so we do not need to change that highest document in the nation to get the clean voting system at these levels today. Actually, the US Constitution can be considered to state this as a fact.
